As most of my subscribers know i am not much of a writer! Well truthfully i didn’t make a blog though to talk.. as alot of my clients know i do waaay to much of that in person when we meet… however i hope you enjoy some of these wedding albums from a shoot in Sydney.
My son is growing up!
My son is only 11 weeks old. I have been so busy over the last 11 weeks with work that i haven’t had the chance to take good pictures of Fabian and in that little mount of time he has grown so much!

Well because im so terrible at writing in my blog you may not have known my wife & i were having a baby! Well after 9 long months & a little more we had a beautiful little alien & names him Fabien.
Well you know im being silly but i think most babies when there born look like aliens (especially when there coming out!) .. not that i think iv seen an alien before! HAH! No im not mad i just have a funny sense of humor but.. have you seen aliens the movie?)
My wife went in to be induced & after being told to wait it out overnight she went into labor at 2am & had the baby out by 4am! Wow only 2 hours in labor!
He is so cute & although they say its impossible i am certain he smiled at me when i spoke to him in a soft voice & smiled at him.
Fabian Ephraims, look out for the name in a few years he will be a fine photographer.

It has been a long & exciting week in photography but for a change i think il talk about myself.. why? Photography is a very personal business, your photographer will spend the most time with you on your wedding day & i think this may be yet another way you can get to know me!
Im not much of a writer (really terrible actually & most likely you will find poor spelling & bad grammar so forgive me) so il make this brief, if you subscribe then maybe you will notice me getting better at this writing stuff & you can let me know how im going!
My wife is having a baby!! Well were both having one but i didn’t want to say i am having a baby as im very conscious of my big tummy at the moment haha. Every client i have ever had knows i love wedding cake! I do!! I love that traditional compressed sugar + added sugar icing, especially if its a chocolate cake inside YUM! Jeff & Rebbecca the couple i spent the week with in Fiji had that exact cake with a little fruit on the side & it has to have been the best cake iv had at a wedding so far!
Yeh so anyway back to me & my wife’s big tummies.. i have a big one cause im often sitting chatting to clients, editing images, researching new things to improve my business etc but most of all i blame all of my clients who give me a big helping of wedding cake!! Yes im talking to you! Shame on you!.. no i love you & i LOVE your cake.. YUM!!
My wife was due on Monday a few days ago so iv asked her to start skipping to get it out.. no im kidding but the doctors told her walking would be good so thats whats doing.. circling my study & keep poking me every time she goes passed.. she just did it again! (Insert sad face here)
Oh & my puppies.. everyone keeps asking about my puppies so il post some images when i have time, they are super cute!

So we were at Nadi Denarau photographing a beautiful wedding for the last week or so.
A couple from Sydney i met, Jeff & Rebbecca flew me over after meeting them at another wedding in Sydney a few months ago.
Fiji is a beautiful tropical island resort only a few hours flight from Sydney & i was lucky enough to be part of a beautiful wedding in the chapel outside of the Sheraton hotel & resort.
Staying at the Westin which was only a short walk from my clients i had a lot of work to do the moment i got into Fiji as i arrived a few days early to ensure i knew my area.
After meeting with my clients we went over all the details they had planned for the next day & boy did we have a great time.
The wedding was filled with laughter, dancing, smiles & even lots of emotional tears of joy. This wedding really chocked me up at certain times when the people i befriended (my clients) got so emotional and got a bit teary eyed (especially during the speeches)… it was very difficult to not get so emotional myself & a tear or to may have gotten the better of me!!
Well it has been a busy week, here are some of the beautiful portrait pictures i have taken.
We actually had some grey skies in our winter photoshoot and although i have included the originals on the beautiful dvd i created i also have a few edits id love to show you.
I kept the natural beauty of the clouds but added a touch of pink and created some other warm retro looking photos.
My new dvd covers i will offer in your wedding package. I had to import these from Chicago so i do hope you all like them.
One of the reasons i love my business is the value in ones wedding photos.
A good reason not to hire an amateur for your wedding is that you only have one chance to get your wedding images captured right, there are no retakes.
From time to time i do some photo restoration and see the true value of a couples wedding images when i give it back to them and there faces light up or even better i get a tear or 2.
This photo had some bad discoloration from an apparent coffee stain, there was wipe marks also present and other small rips and damage.

A beautiful night at the Anniversary of Mr and Mrs Kohli celebrating there 25th year of marriage together, what a beautiful thing.
With plenty of Indian music keeping the dancing going all night they served some of the best Indian food i have ever had, it was absolutely delicious!
The women were beautiful in there traditional colorful Indian clothing, dancing the night away and everyone had a fantastic night out.

Another fantastic week in photography, as we get closer to Valentine’s day i have had the chance to meet more beautiful couples. The love of my work grows and i couldn’t be happier.
So i have been very busy lately and have had the pleasure to work with Stirling Mortlock one of the biggest stars in rugby, whos name i didn’t recognize until i seen his face which i remembered seeing on tv quite lot. Me and another photographer worked together for Herbs of Gold and you will get to see our hard work sometime in 2010 plastered all over vitamin and supplements in stores everywhere. It was so hot and i was burned badly from working on New Port beach and some surrounding areas. But even more exiting to me i got to work with Vee and Eddie, a fantastic couple from Sydney on there very special day, Vee and Eddie had a beautiful wedding and i got to meet so many interesting people, some really funny characters to!
